Special assistance from the arrivals hall

Ask your airline for special assistance (PRM) when you book your flight: their staff help you through the aircraft, passport control and baggage claim. Our driver meets you where their assistance ends, in the arrivals hall, and takes over from there: walk or roll to the vehicle, boarding by ramp or lift, luggage, and the drive to your destination.

For departures, we pick you up at your door and bring you to the terminal entrance, where airline assistance continues to the plane.

Elderly and senior friendly transfers

Not every passenger needs a wheelchair on board. Seniors and travelers with reduced mobility also appreciate a low step, a driver who carries every bag and a calm, unhurried pace. Tell us what helps and we will adapt.

What does an accessible airport transfer cost?

The price depends on the airport, the distance to your destination and the vehicle needed (ramp van or lift minibus). It is fixed when you book, with flight tracking and waiting time included, so delays never change the fare. Send the form and we reply with your exact quote.
