We are especially interested in drivers based in Casablanca, Marrakech, Rabat, Fes, Tangier and Agadir, and in drivers who know the airport procedures and main intercity routes.
Requirements
To apply for a private driver vacancy with us, you should meet the following requirements.
- A valid professional driving licence for passenger transport
- Several years of driving experience in Morocco
- Good knowledge of your city, its airport and the main intercity routes
- Punctuality, discretion and a professional appearance
- A smartphone with WhatsApp for bookings and client contact
- Conversational English and/or French is a strong advantage
- If you have your own vehicle: registered for passenger transport, clean and well maintained
What the work involves
Our drivers handle airport transfers with meet & greet, city rides, intercity journeys, full-day hire and multi-day tours. A typical airport pickup means tracking the client's flight, waiting in arrivals with a name sign, helping with luggage and driving safely to the hotel or riad. Day hire and tours involve following a planned itinerary, waiting at stops and sharing local tips with clients.
Some bookings are early in the morning or late at night, following flight schedules. Flexibility is appreciated.

We look for drivers in Casablanca, Marrakech, Rabat, Fes, Tangier and Agadir, and occasionally in Oujda, Nador, Essaouira, Ouarzazate, Tetouan and Dakhla. Even if there is no immediate opening in your city, send your application; we keep strong profiles on file for future needs.
What a typical day looks like
A day with us usually starts with a confirmed schedule sent the evening before: pickup times, client names, phone numbers, flight numbers and destinations. For an airport arrival, you check the flight status, arrive at the airport in time, and wait in arrivals with a name sign. After greeting the client and helping with luggage, you drive to the hotel or riad, help with bags at drop-off, and confirm completion with the team.
Day hires and tours follow a planned itinerary agreed with the client. You wait during visits, keep the vehicle clean and cool, and stay reachable by phone. On long intercity routes, you plan rest breaks and keep the client informed of the expected arrival time.

After reviewing your application, we contact suitable candidates for a short conversation about experience, availability and languages. We then verify your licence and documents, and, if you drive your own vehicle, its registration and condition. New drivers usually start with simpler transfers before moving on to full-day hires and tours.

Skills that make a great private driver
